Based in beautiful Sussex, Joe brings the coffee pod to life on the ground, while Craig manages the business behind the scenes—all while balancing his full-time job.

Together, we’ve built Norman’s Coffee around values that matter: sustainability, quality, and integrity. Our speciality-grade, traceable coffee comes from a Carbon Neutral+ roaster, and every part of our packaging is recyclable or compostable. After 16 years together, we love running a business that reflects who we are and the care we want to share with every cup.
